The most common language spoken here is Malayalam and English. The largest city, as well as the capital of the state, is Thiruvananthapuram also known as Trivandrum.

1. Muzhappilangad
The Beach here is situated in the city Kannur. This beach is one of the top six drive-in beaches in the world which was chosen by the BBC in 2016. So to experience the drive on the beach surely this is the place which is four kilometers long covered with sand. While visiting Kannur don’t forget to visit Asia’s largest and the world’s third largest Naval Academy Ezhimala Naval Academy.Kerala

2. Alappuzha
This beach is also known as Alleppey beach named after the city ALAPPUZHA (ALLEPPEY). The beach is popular for its various festivals like sand art festival, Beach festival, etc this all you can see in the month of August.

3. Varkala
You can mainly enjoy paragliding here at the beach and as the beach is at the side of the huge cliffs you can also see the helipad there which is an easy transport in and out for tourists.

The Cherai beach is the longest beach in the region of Kochi and of-course one of the beautiful beaches. The main reason to visit the beach is the Dolphins which are eventually seen here. The temples here are the main attractions here in Cherai.Kerala
